Harmonious Coastal Romance
We have heard legends of heroes, leaders, and the most favored of them all, the love between two human souls throughout history. While some have roots based on actual experiences, others are imaginative interpretations of the tale. Hawai’i’s legend of the Naupaka inspired this romantic wedding story. This beautiful plant which thrives on our island’s mountains and beaches, is dotted with delicate florals with a unique appearance. Its half-moon design resembling the look of missing petals caused early Hawaiians to believe it was the incarnation of ancient lovers that were separated. So to think that true love always finds a way back to each other is how I imagined these two musician’s affection for one another.

Rachel and Jeff both discovered their passion for music, which ultimately is what brought them together. Jeff's musical depth of knowledge only brought Rachel closer to him. They had a pure and simple adoration for each other, which was genuinely present throughout these images, along with their love of adventure and style. This experience truly showcased their desire to share the best moments in life with all its beauty.

I genuinely believe that a wedding photographer's purpose is to honestly learn the essence of a couple's love and interpret it within stunning imagery. This process takes time and thoughtful understanding, along with a nurturing approach to every person I connect with. Every couple deserves to have their wedding or elopement designed exclusively for them. So whether you are planning an intimate beach wedding in Hawaii or a grand affair at Haiku Mill, I understand the fine points of your legacy and the reasons you should be authentically celebrated on your big day.
